Simpler filters

All of the circuits in this section now use the frequency response analysis (.ac ), this means that the plot outs have frequency on the horizontal axis rather than time.
This section starts with simple filters in the RC filters, then gets more complex in the LC filters, then more complex again in the pi filters.
